"Pregnancy can be quite stressful sometimes and I felt I needed some 'me and bump' time. I joined Rebecca's class when I was 31 weeks pregant and I loved it. I had never done yoga before and I didn't feel out of place. It was lovely meeting other pregnant ladies and watching our bumps grow :) and I can hand on heart say how much the breathing technics helped me in labour. I concentrated on my breathing which is something I didn't do with my first baby. I really think because of that I managed to do it with just gas and air. So thank you rebecca :) xx" Patrizia
