Postnatal Yoga from 6-8 weeks post birth and onwards.

Being a new mum can be a busy time and we can easily forget to take the time to nurture ourselves. Postnatal yoga is a great way to look after yourself during the weeks / months following the birth of your baby. Postnatal yoga classes help you to find the time and space to breath and relax, stretch out any aches and pains, rebuild strength and improve your posture to name a few of the benefits. This allows the body to start releasing tension, combat tiredness and rejuvenate the mind.

The classes are also a great place to speak with other new mothers, share stories and questions and make new friends. We offer a warm, none judgemental and friendly environment where all mothers are welcome. There is no need for any previous yoga experience

Fees:      Per class - £12
                5 Class Card - £50 (2 month expiry)
               10 Class Card - £90 (3 month expiry)

Class Cancellation - Please note, there will not be a class on Saturday 23rd September 2017 


Small groups and one to one postnatal / mum and baby yoga classes
